During your websites’ visit, the following data will be collected:

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google about how Google may process the data collected through Google Analytics, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and including where necessary (a) the UK Addendum (“UK Addendum”) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (“IDTA”) published by the Information Commissioner’s Office (together, “SCCs”) and (b) provisions to comply with U.S. privacy laws.
We have configured Google Analytics to not share data with third parties.
We do not use other Google services in conjunction with Google Analytics.
We have not activated the signals option.
We make use of the truncation feature (IP anonymization) of Google Analytics.

The data sent by us to Google Analytics and associated with these cookies is deleted after 6 months.

In addition to Google Analytics, we also use Sitecore analytics. Sitecore analytics is a service provided by Sitecore Holding II A/S (CVR. No. 37624071)to run websites’ usage reports. It does not connect to any advertising platform and is strictly for internal usage only by Skyworks. You may learn more about Sitecore privacy practices here.
By using Sitecore analytics, we can track user engagement and behavior and are able to provide the most relevant content and enhance the user experience. You may opt out by sending a request to webworks@skyworksinc.com to remove your profile. Similar to the use of Google Analytics, you can prevent the collection of data generated by a Sitecore cookie and related to your use of the Websites (including your IP address) to Sitecore and the processing of this data by Sitecore by not providing your consent to the setting of the cookie at our Privacy Preference Center or by configuring your browser software accordingly.
2. International Transfers
Specifically with regard to Personal Information collected via cookies, please note that in some cases cookie information may also be processed by our service providers or by the providers of third-party cookies in countries outside the EEA and/or UK that do not offer a level of data protection comparable to the EEA and UK (as applicable). In some countries, such as the USA, there is a particular risk that local authorities may obtain access to cookie information for monitoring purposes and there may be no effective legal remedies against such access. To the extent that you have given your consent to the use of cookies, you also consent to the transfer and further processing of Personal Information collected via cookies to countries outside the EEA and UK.
