Liam K. Griffin
Chairman of the Board

Liam K. Griffin, 58, is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to his appointment as chairman of the board in May 2021, he had served as CEO and as a director since May 2016 and as president since May 2014. From November 2012 to May 2014, he was executive vice president and corporate general manager where he was responsible for all of Skyworks' business units. Since joining Skyworks in 2001, Mr. Griffin has also held the positions of executive vice president and general manager of high-performance analog and senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Before joining Skyworks, he was vice president of worldwide sales at Vectron International, a division of Dover. Prior to that he held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses.

Mr. Griffin received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. Mr. Griffin previously served on the boards of National Instruments and Vicor Corp.

Christine King
Lead Independent Director

Christine King, 75, has been a director since 2014 and Lead Independent Director since 2019. Ms. King served as executive chairman of QLogic from August 2015 until August 2016, when it was acquired by Cavium. Previously, she served as a director and chief executive officer of Standard Microsystems, a publicly traded developer of silicon-based integrated circuits utilizing analog and mixed-signal technologies, from 2008 until the company's acquisition by Microchip Technology in 2012. Prior to Standard Microsystems, Ms. King was chief executive officer of AMI Semiconductor, a publicly traded company, from 2001 until it was acquired by ON Semiconductor in 2008. From 1973 to 2001, she held various engineering, business, and management positions at IBM, including vice president of semiconductor products. Ms. King previously served as a director of Allegro MicroSystems, Analog Devices, Cirrus Logic, IDACORP, Idaho Power Company, a subsidiary of IDACORP, and Atheros Communications, prior to its acquisition by Qualcomm.

Alan S. Batey

Alan S. Batey, 61, has been a director since 2019. Mr. Batey most recently served as executive vice president and president of North America for General Motors, as well as the global brand chief for Chevrolet, a division of GM. His career spans more than 39 years with GM where he held various senior management positions in operations, marketing and sales around the world. Mr. Batey currently serves as a director for Spectrum Automotive Holdings, a privately held entity that includes a portfolio of premiere automotive specialty companies, and for Advantek, LLC, a privately held provider of precision component packaging systems.

Kevin L. Beebe

Kevin L. Beebe, 65, has been a director since 2004. In 2007, he became president and chief executive officer of 2BPartners, LLC, a partnership that provides strategic, financial and operational advice to private equity investors and management. In 2014, Mr. Beebe became a founding partner of Astra Capital Management, a private equity firm based in Washington, D.C. Previously, beginning in 1998, Mr. Beebe was group president of operations at ALLTEL, a telecommunications services company. From 1996 to 1998, he served as executive vice president of operations for 360° Communications, a wireless communication company. Mr. Beebe has held a variety of executive and senior management positions at several divisions of Sprint, including vice president of operations and vice president of marketing and administration for Sprint Cellular, director of marketing for Sprint north central division, director of engineering and operations staff and director of product management and business development for Sprint southeast division, as well as staff director of product services at Sprint. He began his career at AT&T/Southwestern Bell as a manager. Mr. Beebe also serves as lead independent director for Frontier Communications, a publicly traded provider of communication services, and a director for SBA Communications, a publicly traded operator of wireless communications towers in North, South and Central America, Syniverse Technologies, a privately held provider of support services for wireless carriers, and Logix Communications, a privately held provider of facilities-based communications services. He previously served as chairman of the board of directors of NII Holdings, until December 2019 upon the sale of its sole material asset, and as a director for Altimar Acquisition Corporation and Altimar Acquisition Corp. II, both publicly traded special purpose acquisition companies.

Eric J. Guerin

Eric J. Guerin, 53, has been a director since January 2022. He has served as the chief financial officer of RB Global, Inc., a publicly traded provider of asset management and disposition technologies for commercial assets, since January 2024. From March 2023 until December 2023, Mr. Guerin served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Veritiv Corporation, a formerly publicly traded provider of packaging and hygiene solutions acquired by a private equity firm in November 2023. He joined Veritiv in January 2023 as senior vice president-finance. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for CDK Global, a publicly traded provider of integrated technology solutions to the automotive industry, from January 2021 until the company’s acquisition by Brookfield Business Partners in July 2022. From 2016 to 2021, he served as division vice president and sector chief financial officer at Corning Glass Technologies, a division of Corning Inc. Previously, he served in financial leadership roles at Flowserve, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca. He served on the board of directors of Natus Medical prior to its acquisition by ArchiMed Group.

Suzanne E. McBride

Suzanne “Suzi” E. McBride, 56, has been a director since February 2022. Ms. McBride currently serves as chief operations officer for Iridium Communications, a publicly traded operator of a global satellite communications network. Prior to rejoining Iridium in February 2019, where she had previously served for a decade in various leadership roles, Ms. McBride was senior vice president and chief operations officer for OneWeb from June 2016 to January 2019. Earlier in her career, she held a series of increasingly senior positions in technology and operations with Motorola and General Dynamics. Ms. McBride currently serves as a director of Iridium Communications and Descartes Labs, a privately held geospatial intelligence platform.

David P. McGlade

David P. McGlade, 63, has been a director since 2005. Mr. McGlade served as executive chairman of Intelsat S.A., a publicly traded worldwide provider of fixed satellite communication services, from April 2015 to March 2018, prior to which he had served as chairman since April 2013 and chief executive officer since April 2005. He retired as chairman of Intelsat in February 2022. Previously, Mr. McGlade served as an executive director of mmO2 PLC and as the chief executive officer of O2 UK, a subsidiary of mmO2, a position he held from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, he was president of the western region for Sprint PCS.

Robert A. Schriesheim

Robert A. Schriesheim, 63, has been a director since 2006. He currently serves as chairman of Truax Partners LLC. Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sears Holdings from August 2011 until October 2016. From January 2010 to October 2010, Mr. Schriesheim was chief financial officer of Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company that was acquired by Aon. From 2006 until 2009, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Lawson Software, a publicly traded ERP software provider. Mr. Schriesheim currently serves as Lead Independent Director of Houlihan Lokey and a director of Indivior PLC, both publicly traded companies, and previously served as a director of Dobson Communications, MSC Software, Lawson Software, Forest City Realty Trust, NII Holdings, and Frontier Communications, each a publicly traded company.

Maryann Turcke

Maryann Turcke, 59, has been a director since February 2023. Most recently, Ms. Turcke served as a senior advisor at Brookfield Asset Management from September 2020 to September 2022. Previously, Ms. Turcke served as chief operating officer of the National Football League (NFL) from January 2018 to September 2020 and as a senior advisor for the NFL from September 2020 to May 2021. She joined the league as president of NFL Network, Digital Media, NFL Films and IT in April 2017. Prior to the NFL, Ms. Turcke served for more than a decade in various leadership roles within BCE Inc. (formerly Bell Canada Enterprises), a publicly traded communications company, including serving from April 2015 to February 2017 as president of Bell Media, a division of BCE. Ms. Turcke currently serves as a director for Royal Bank of Canada and Frontier Communications, each a publicly traded company.
