Liam K. Griffin
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
Liam Griffin

Liam K. Griffin, 58, is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to his appointment as chairman of the board in May 2021, he had served as CEO and as a director since May 2016 and as president since May 2014. From November 2012 to May 2014, he was executive vice president and corporate general manager where he was responsible for all of Skyworks' business units. Since joining Skyworks in 2001, Mr. Griffin has also held the positions of executive vice president and general manager of high-performance analog and senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Before joining Skyworks, he was vice president of worldwide sales at Vectron International, a division of Dover. Prior to that he held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses.

Mr. Griffin received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. Mr. Griffin previously served on the boards of National Instruments and Vicor Corp.

Carlos S. Bori
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Carlos Bori

Carlos S. Bori, 54, is senior vice president of sales and marketing for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in 2013. Mr. Bori served as vice president of sales and marketing from May 2016 to November 2017 and as vice president of marketing from July 2013 to May 2016. Prior to joining Skyworks, Mr. Bori worked for Beacon Electronic Associates, one of the largest North American independent representatives of semiconductor manufacturers, for more than 18 years, serving as Beacon’s president from 2004-2013.

Mr. Bori received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minor in management from McGill University.

Kari Durham
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Kari Durham

Kari Durham, 56, is senior vice president of human resources for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. She joined the company in April 2018. Prior to joining Skyworks, Ms. Durham served for eight years as senior vice president, human resources and general affairs for Goodman Global Group, an HVAC manufacturing and distribution company. Before that, she spent three years with Dell Inc., holding senior human resources positions in two of Dell’s business units. Previously, Ms. Durham worked for more than a decade at Solectron Corporation and Flextronics International, which acquired Solectron in 2007, in positions of increasing responsibility within the human resources organization.

Ms. Durham received bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Michigan State University.

Yusuf Jamal
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Yusuf Jamal

Yusuf Jamal, 47, is senior vice president and general manager of Skyworks’ Diversified Analog Solutions business encompassing the company’s analog, IoT and high reliability product portfolios as well as the company's smart audio business encompassing highly integrated analog system-on-chip platforms for automotive, industrial, home automation, enterprise and high-end consumer markets. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2021, Mr. Jamal served for 2 years as senior vice president and general manager of Western Digital’s B2B business units. He previously worked for 17 years at Analog Devices, holding various leadership roles, including as senior vice president managing business units focused on industrial, consumer, healthcare, IoT and security solutions.

Mr. Jamal received a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, AMU, and a master’s degree in digital signal processing from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Reza Kasnavi
Senior Vice President, Technology and Manufacturing
Reza Kasnavi

Reza Kasnavi, 51, is senior vice president of Skyworks’ technology and manufacturing group with responsibility for advanced technology development, central engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, sourcing and supply chain. From 2010 to 2018 Reza served as vice president and general manager of the open market platforms business unit, where he led Skyworks’ efforts to become the leading provider of 4G solutions for the Android ecosystem. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2010, Dr. Kasnavi spent 10 years as an investor and executive with Tallwood Venture Capital and was responsible for investments in Inphi (IPHI), Axiom Microdevices, Sequoia Communications and Quintic Corporation. During his tenure at Tallwood he also held direct engineering, product management and executive positions at several Tallwood portfolio companies including Sequoia Communications and Quintic Corporation. Additionally, he has made pioneering contributions to deep sub-micron scaling of CMOS technology and the use of CMOS technology in Next Generation DNA Sequencing. He served on the technology advisory board of Avantome Inc., an innovator in DNA sequencing technology.

Dr. Kasnavi received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Joel R. King
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Joel King

Joel R. King, 51, is senior vice president and general manager of Skyworks’ Mobile Solutions Business spanning the company’s most advanced, integrated and custom cellular RF solutions to architectures available in open market platforms. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2011, Mr. King worked for Maxim Integrated Products for 14 years, holding various management and leadership positions including executive director with responsibility for wireless IC designs and product line leader for custom RF ASICs.

Mr. King received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of California, Berkeley.

Brian Mirkin
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Brian Mirkin

Brian Mirkin, 50, is senior vice president and general manager of Skyworks’ Mixed Signal Solutions business encompassing the timing, power and broadcast solutions portfolio. Previously, Mr. Mirkin was the vice president and general manager of the power products group within mixed signal solutions at Skyworks. Mr. Mirkin joined Skyworks in July 2021 as part of Skyworks’ acquisition of the infrastructure and automotive business of Silicon Laboratories, Inc.

Mr. Mirkin joined Silicon Labs in 2000 and was progressively promoted during his tenure from an applications engineer manager for TV tuner products into leadership roles as director of applications and systems engineering for broadcast products, product line director for the automotive products and general manager for the company’s broadcast products. He began his career at National Instruments as a staff engineer. Mr. Mirkin holds a holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from The Ohio State University. Additionally, he holds three patents related to RF receivers.

Kris Sennesael
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kris Sennesael

Kris Sennesael, 55, is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in August 2016. Prior to joining Skyworks, Mr. Sennesael served as chief financial officer for Enphase Energy, a semiconductor-based energy solutions provider. Earlier, he served as chief financial officer at Standard Microsystems, a designer of mixed signal connectivity solutions, and previously held increasingly responsible financial positions at ON Semiconductor, AMI Semiconductor and Alcatel Microelectronics.

Mr. Sennesael holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Ghent, Belgium, as well as an MBA from the Vlerick Management School. He currently serves on the board of directors of Maxeon Solar Technologies (Nasdaq:MAXN), a designer and manufacturer of solar panels.

Robert J. Terry
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Robert Terry

Robert J. Terry, 58, is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in 2003 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Company's legal department throughout his career at Skyworks. Prior to his appointment as general counsel in November 2016, Mr. Terry had served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary since June 2011. Before joining Skyworks, he served as general counsel and secretary for Day Software, Inc., an enterprise content management software company. Prior to joining Day Software, Mr. Terry was in private practice, focusing on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and general business litigation.

Mr. Terry earned his juris doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
