Low-Power, Low Energy Front-End Module for Bluetooth® Signal Range Extension Applications


The SKY66111-11 is a highly integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for applications that are suitable for Bluetooth® signals operating in the 2.4 to 2.485 GHz range. This includes Bluetooth® signals that operate in the low energy range extension.

The device is provided in a 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm 20-pin MCM package. Reference Design
